Full satisfaction guarantee on G.E.T Fishing ice rods and custom long rods. If you receive your rod and aren’t 100% happy with it, simply send it back in its original shipping package for a product refund.

5-year fix-or-replace warranty under normal use. If your rod breaks or becomes unusable due to a manufacturing or component defect, we’ll either repair it or build you a replacement, based on our assessment. Just return the rod by mail or in person to start the inspection process.

Original shipping and return shipping are not refundable.
